Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

This document explains how to delete your data from the Linkclip service, what is deleted, and how long data is retained. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

2.2 Deleting your account

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data.

3. What is deleted

3.1 Deleted immediately

• Account information: email, name, profile photo
• Saved links: URL, title, summary, tags, notes
• Personal workspace and settings

3.2 Retained for a period, then deleted (legal basis)

• Payment records: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Service usage records: 3 months (Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

6. Cancelling deletion (grace period)

- You can cancel deletion by signing in to the same account within 7 days.
- After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
