Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Linkclip service (the "Service") provided by Curato Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service": the AI-powered link management service provided by the Company and all related services
• "User": any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms
• "Member": a person who has signed up for the Service and holds an account
• "Content": all information a user stores in the Service, such as links, notes and tags
• "Workspace": a shared space that several members can use together

Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise notified to users.

2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Amendments are announced in the app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. However, a change that is not disadvantageous to users (broader coverage, a relaxed limit and the like) may take effect as soon as it is announced.

4. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may request to delete their account.

Article 6 (Fees and payment)

6.1 Free plan: link saving and AI analysis are provided. We may limit the number of AI analyses to keep the service stable, and if we do, we will say so in the app beforehand.

6.2 Paid plan (Premium): premium features such as ad removal and workspace creation and collaboration. The exact scope is shown on the subscription screen in the app.

6.3 Payment and refunds: payments follow the Google and Apple billing policies, and refunds are governed by the policy of the respective store.

Article 15 (Account deletion)

1. A member may request to delete their account at any time.

2. On deletion, all data is removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
