1. Overview
Linkclip (the "Service") is an AI-powered link management service operated by Curato Inc. (the "Company"). The Company values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
2. Personal information we collect

2.2 Website contact widget
To respond to messages you leave through the Contact widget at the bottom-right of the website, we collect the items below. Conversations are stored on the operator's website (blanky.kr) and are deleted automatically 7 days after the last message.
As soon as a message arrives, its kind (billing, error, deletion request and so on) and urgency are classified automatically so the operator knows what to look at first. For some messages you will also see an acknowledgement or an answer to a frequently asked question that the operator wrote in advance. For this classification we send only the message text (with email addresses, phone numbers and long digit strings masked) and the name of the site you wrote from; your approximate location, device, contact details and the operator's replies are not sent. The classification only judges — it does not write text.
Masking applies only to email addresses, phone numbers and long digit strings; anything else you type into the message (e.g. your date of birth) may be sent along — please do not include sensitive information in an inquiry.

We do not store your full IP address. The matching fingerprint is an 8-character value derived one-way from the IP address; it cannot be reversed, even when combined with other data. Storage and transmission of contact conversations are entrusted to Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), so the data is transferred abroad over the network at the moment you send a message. Automatic classification of contact messages is entrusted to TypeSafe AI, Inc. (United States), and what we send there is only the message text (with email addresses, phone numbers and long digit strings masked) and the site name.
About the contact widget
- This widget is a contact channel run by an individual developer. It is not medical, legal, tax, investment or psychological counselling; replies are for reference only and are not advice or a guarantee of any kind.
- Some replies are acknowledgements the operator wrote in advance and are shown with an 'Automatic reply' label, so you can tell them apart from replies written by the operator.
- We never ask for national ID numbers, card numbers, bank account numbers or passwords. Please do not share them.
- Spam, abusive or hateful language, posting other people's personal information, and distribution of illegal content may be blocked without notice.
- Children under 14 may not use the widget without a guardian's consent.
- This is not a 24-hour support line. In an emergency in Korea call 119; if you are struggling, the Suicide Prevention Hotline 109 (24 hours, free) or the Mental Health Helpline 1577-0199 are available.
3. How we use personal information
- Providing the Service: saving links, AI analysis, category management
- Member management: identifying members, handling sign-up and account deletion
- Notifications: save confirmations, service announcements
- Improving the Service: usage statistics, feature improvements
4. Processing entrusted to others, and transfer abroad
We entrust the following work to the parties below. All of them are located in the United States, so the listed items are transferred abroad over the network when that work happens.

The AI processors (Google LLC and TypeSafe AI, Inc.) do not use what they receive to train or fine-tune their own models. We require them to delete it without delay once the work is done or the agreement ends.
The result of the contact-message classification is deleted together with the conversation 7 days after the last message.
5. Retention and deletion
- Member information: deleted immediately when you delete your account
- Service usage records: deleted after 1 year
- Payment records: kept for 5 years (as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
